I love the hair quality and feel I love the hair quality and feel. It was delivered as promised. My only complaint is the website stated " natural black" and the hair was actually DYED black. The hair had to be bleached to lighten the color. Additional money had to be paid for that process. Overall, nice product, just be more transparent in description.

No available customer service for returns. I tried to return a wig to you but you never responded to multiple emails. It’s still in the box and I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. You do not provide any customer service. I bought this wig is December and I am just now getting this email for a review. I also did not get the discount you promised when I purchased it. I will return the wig as soon as you send me a return label with instructions. Please make improvements to your service department.

I've had an averarge experience with… I've had an averarge experience with niawigs.com. All my orders arrived within the expected time and the items were as expected. Nothing inapropriate or extraordinary happend. Prices were ok and I didn't have to pay extra fees. Communication with the customer service team wasn't entirly pleasant. I wish they described their products more thuroughly. But all in all, it's alright.
