I love the hair quality and feel I love the hair quality and feel. It was delivered as promised. My only complaint is the website stated " natural black" and the hair was actually DYED black. The hair had to be bleached to lighten the color. Additional money had to be paid for that process. Overall, nice product, just be more transparent in description.

My order arrived quicker than the expected shipping date and I was very impressed with the care that was taken in packaging the product. When I opened the package I was pleasantly surprised. Every aspect was wrong. Every aspect was wrong. The price, the quality, the delivery time, the option given to return the package. A ribbon on the box was not enough to fix all of the wrongs.
