Very prompt reply and explanation for the delay. Rapid reception of goods within 48 hrs and delighted with the wig and head bands. Will definitely use again... I hope for a replicate response!! I love the wig but not quite human hair I love the wig so much and got lots of compliments. But once I started washing it and conditioning it after the third time it started changing. So that was a little disappointing. Unfortunately, I purchased one for my mother but the quality was nothing like my own quality. Hers looked like it was purchased from a different company altogether. So I must say it’s a little disappointing. But I think I might purchase it again because it was so natural even if I was only able to enjoy it for a year.

No available customer service for returns. I tried to return a wig to you but you never responded to multiple emails. It’s still in the box and I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. You do not provide any customer service. I bought this wig is December and I am just now getting this email for a review. I also did not get the discount you promised when I purchased it. I will return the wig as soon as you send me a return label with instructions. Please make improvements to your service department.
