Only received 1/8 of what I paid for. I bought two sets of two different color duos. That is four (4) jars of color conditioner plus four (4) bottles of daily conditioner to use in the shower. I paid for expedited shipping. I got a notification that my order had been delivered *in full* with an emailed packing slip/list of what the order contained. Problem being, it didn't actually contain my order. They sent me one (1) color conditioner jar AND THAT'S IT. I sent them an email and am waiting to hear when they plan on *actually* sending me the rest of my order. Deeply unimpressed. Plus, I had an event this weekend and needed to do my hair for it! Not happening now, obviously. Thanks a bunch, Overtone.

Great product and service I've been ordering from Overtone for years, and I have recommended them to many people, most of whom where strangers who told me how much they loved my hair. The product is great. The customer service is amazing. I've reached out to them on 2 separate orders, and they corrected whatever the issue was, no hassles!

The color received was NOT pastel with… The color received was NOT pastel with new pigment added to make it darker....it was definitely vibrant as I have a container of vibrant that is the exact same color.

Good product I like the minty smell and how thick the treatment is and how soft my hair was after. I used it on my grays, which is the main reason I bought it, and although I saw good coverage right after, as the days went by it started to fade. I will try other tones to see if I can get more lasting results.

Affordable way to brighten up your hair I'm a middle-aged nurse, so while I love to add color to my dirt-brown hair, I also prefer it to be a little subtle for the workplace. It has been some level of pink (or occasionally purple) for two years now. It looks great on day one and even better as it fades, so I don't feel compelled to touch it up too often (once every two weeks is about the best I can manage.) Plus I have short hair, so one tub of goo lasts months. I recommend buying a box of nitrile gloves from the hardware store - they're cheap, sturdy and easy to use. I don't recommend the conditioner - if you want to boost your color, it's just as easy (and more economical) to just re-dye it.
