I already used difference type of shampoo, 4 different mask, still have 3 different recharge and the blíndage leave in. All work perfect

Missed shampoo I had ordered 2 shampoos and got free samples like always. I only received 1 and got a recharge instead of the shampoo form that line. I’ve ordered quite a few times before this happened. I’ve tried email and WhatsApp customer service nothing is getting through. Not sure what happened but definitely check before receiving a package.
