Larissa was the customer service agent… Larissa was the customer service agent I chatted with online. She was awesome I had order something on there and it made duplicate orders. As soon as I realized I was looking for a number to call but saw they only had a email address. I email them less than 10 minutes Larissa came there and answered all my chat question even cancel the order for me. She was patient and help me. I love this site.
