Had an appointment booked in for a… Had an appointment booked in for a colour weeks in advance and receive a call on the day of my appointment telling me my patch test was out of date and they were cancelling. I had called the salon a week before to confirm the time of appointment and the patch test wasn’t mentioned, they even txt a few days prior to appointment to confirm themselves. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this salon. Unprofessional.

Fantastic experience Fantastic experience! I needed fresh colour and cut. We discussed colour and cut and blow dry for me and all was completed very well. I was very happy! Definitely recommend. Birthday hair day I had a great experience at Kensington Toni & Guy, I feel my hair was very well looked after. Not being well experienced with having my hair coloured I was kindly advised and ended up with a pretty coloured, natural looking balayage and cool cut. Definitely going to go bolder next time! Charley made my birthday colour and cut feel very special. Thank you :)
