Awesome experience!!! I’m new to wig wearing & I chose a wig in the wrong length. So I requested to return it. My sister suggested a U-part wig, she showed me some examples & I felt like that style was a better choice. So instead of a refund, I requested the U-part. The new wig was shipped out & I am sooo pleased with my purchase & the customer service was nothing short of SUPERB!

Lovely wig This is the 2nd time I have purchased hair from Klaiyi Hair and I was not disappointed. I purchased the Kinky Straight pre-everything wig in 20 inches. The wig was soft,and holds a curl well. The customer service was great with replying to emails with any questions or query’s that I had. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I've been buying wigs from Klaiyi Hair… I've been buying wigs from Klaiyi Hair for awhile now, and each wig has been amazingly beautiful and fits my small head very well. I am challenged with mild alopecia and wanted to find a wig that would compliment my style. Great Customer Service I ordered a custom colored wig 180% density. Shipping was fast! The color GAVE! & the lace is good! Small knots & melts flawlessly. It styles good and holds a curl all night. Plus I received so many compliments! However, I did experience a few quality issues with the wig and was able to communicate this to the company. The seller was nice enough to work with me through my concerns and offered a resolution to my problem. This is big because a lot of hair companies won’t go the extra mile! So I appreciate the customer service and enjoyed my experience overall.
