Great Customer Service I ordered a custom colored wig 180% density. Shipping was fast! The color GAVE! & the lace is good! Small knots & melts flawlessly. It styles good and holds a curl all night. Plus I received so many compliments! However, I did experience a few quality issues with the wig and was able to communicate this to the company. The seller was nice enough to work with me through my concerns and offered a resolution to my problem. This is big because a lot of hair companies won’t go the extra mile! So I appreciate the customer service and enjoyed my experience overall.

Hair is great, and fast shipping This is my third purchase from Klaiyi hair and so far, everything has been great. I recently bought a Jerry curl wig and it’s the best one yet. I ordered it April 1st and received it April 5th. Pretty fast shipping. My birthday is next month so I definitely will be ordering from Klaiyi again!

Awesome experience!!! I’m new to wig wearing & I chose a wig in the wrong length. So I requested to return it. My sister suggested a U-part wig, she showed me some examples & I felt like that style was a better choice. So instead of a refund, I requested the U-part. The new wig was shipped out & I am sooo pleased with my purchase & the customer service was nothing short of SUPERB!
