Lovely wig This is the 2nd time I have purchased hair from Klaiyi Hair and I was not disappointed. I purchased the Kinky Straight pre-everything wig in 20 inches. The wig was soft,and holds a curl well. The customer service was great with replying to emails with any questions or query’s that I had. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Excellent BRAND! If I could give Klaiyi Hair 10 stars, I would! This is the second time purchasing a wig from them, and it has yet to disappoint. The wigs are great quality! Pre plucked & no shedding! They even come with a couple free gifts! I highly recommend purchasing a wig from them! & the company is great and very professional!

Awesome experience!!! I’m new to wig wearing & I chose a wig in the wrong length. So I requested to return it. My sister suggested a U-part wig, she showed me some examples & I felt like that style was a better choice. So instead of a refund, I requested the U-part. The new wig was shipped out & I am sooo pleased with my purchase & the customer service was nothing short of SUPERB!

I paid for 1-2 day shipping and today… I paid for 1-2 day shipping and today is 10:33pm and my order hasn’t been shipped yet. I would like a refund for shipping if it isn’t coming on time . Andddd they haven’t responded to my email or my messaged on their website .
