I recently bought a curly ginger wig and while there were some issues with receiving the package. Sunber wasted no time fixing the issues and then reaching out to me to make sure not only did I receive my package, but also that I was satisfied. You can’t go wrong with Sunber! I purchased my wig and it shipped out the next day! Got it in three days with standard delivery, no other company has ever shipped and delivered anything to me so fast. I received timely emails and text messages keeping me updated with my order which was nice. This is my fourth time ordering with Sunber and their customer service never falls short of fantastic. The wig is sooo soft, didn’t have any smell, true to length, very full and can be worn right out the box. This is my go to hair company! Not to mention there is always a sale going on, you’re getting the best quality for very reasonable prices!

It Is as Advertised I really like the unit I purchased and plan to purchase more in the future. The shipping was very quick. Upon inspecting the hair, it was soft, bouncy, with minimal shedding and there wasn’t an unusual odor. Bleaching the knots was a breeze, it didn't tangle when I washed it and it curled effortlessly.

Wish I could rate a ZERO! Wish I could rate a ZERO!! I purchase Feb 6/24 and it wasn’t until I emailed and messaged 1 week later did they say my item was out of stock! I have been trying to get a refund since then and all they do is give you the run around ! I think this company is a scam! I have purchased previously and never had an issue. I email and send messages on WhatsApp which is a total joke! They want to send a gift on my next purchase as an apology!! I want my damn money back, never ordering from this POS company again!! Let see if this gets posted on the site but I don’t care as I will be posting it online on many different platforms !
