Great Experience! We’re an international brand selling men's haircare care products, with a growing e-commerce presence. After the first month of working with the Luck & Co team, our revenue from Klaviyo completely skyrocketed. It went from about 2-3% of our monthly revenue to then 33% of our revenue once Luck & Co. took over. Our Shopify revenue grew 32% that month as well and I can safely say that was all due to the Luck & Co team. I know that we did not run any sort of additional ad campaigns or promotions that would drive anything to our website. Now, after about 4 months of working together, 50% of our revenue comes from email, and all work is completely done by the Luck & Co team - we just review the calendar and emails (which most of the time is as easy as responding to an email with “yes, go ahead!”) Knowing that our emails are being taken care of was such a huge responsibility taken off of our marketing team’s plate. They also gave a lot of their own ideas for campaigns or things that we could create on the website that would help drive sales or increase our customer list. Overall, we have had a really amazing experience and I think it is one of the best investments we have made into the e-commerce portion of our business.
