Truly the best of the best... Based on a previous relationship with Kasey and Luck & Co., I made the (prudent!) decision earlier this year to bring her team on to manage our retention marketing program at Incrediwear. Prior to their joining, our email/SMS program was in a healthy place generating 30%+ of our overall Shopify revenue but I knew with Kasey onboard, we could do even better...and we have! Tremendously. Typically, bringing on new partners is stressful (especially when they're helping manage the most profitable part of your online marketing program) but with Kasey, I literally had no concerns. Her team is a well-oiled machine - they know what questions to ask, when and how to push back, how to communicate and ultimately, how to grow a retention program, quickly, efficiently and sustainably. The only concern potential clients should have with Luck & Co. is how to get them onboarded as quickly as possible. You're leaving retention $$$ on the table until then. Vital to our growth A big part of our 230% ecommerce growth is due to Kasey and the Luck & Co team. Our web growth and sales saved our company. With covid, brick and mortar dropped ~50%. Great Experience! We’re an international brand selling men's haircare care products, with a growing e-commerce presence. After the first month of working with the Luck & Co team, our revenue from Klaviyo completely skyrocketed. It went from about 2-3% of our monthly revenue to then 33% of our revenue once Luck & Co. took over. Our Shopify revenue grew 32% that month as well and I can safely say that was all due to the Luck & Co team. I know that we did not run any sort of additional ad campaigns or promotions that would drive anything to our website. Now, after about 4 months of working together, 50% of our revenue comes from email, and all work is completely done by the Luck & Co team - we just review the calendar and emails (which most of the time is as easy as responding to an email with “yes, go ahead!”) Knowing that our emails are being taken care of was such a huge responsibility taken off of our marketing team’s plate. I know we felt so much better knowing that the emails were being sent to the appropriate portion of our list and that every email had our brand’s authentic voice and point of view. We know that our company has found the right fit when it comes to their team and we love seeing previews and ideas for more email campaigns. We’re planning on investing the extra money that we have been making from the emails back into our business. I would absolutely recommend Luck & Co. to any ecommerce brand that needs help with email marketing. We were completely lost and didn’t know how to approach emailing customers at all. Kasey and her team were very patient and willing to explain what they were doing and the reasoning behind it and they really taught us the whole way. They send preview emails where they can tweak and change anything that you need and they are very receptive to changes and feedback. They respond to emails very quickly and they always schedule additional calls and meetings when needed. Another aspect that I found very helpful was that they worked with our other 3rd party team, Wishpond, and helped us streamline those ads and landing pages to make sure that messaging was consistent across the board. They also gave a lot of their own ideas for campaigns or things that we could create on the website that would help drive sales or increase our customer list. Overall, we have had a really amazing experience and I think it is one of the best investments we have made into the e-commerce portion of our business.

Don't wait to work with Luck & Co! Before working with Luck & Co, we were sending sporadic email campaigns and mostly guessing when it came to the contents of the emails, the send times, segmentation, etc. We had an abandoned cart flow that was outdated, unpersonalized, and we weren't sure if it was working. Our team didn't have the capacity to dive too deeply into anything, and we knew there was quite a bit of revenue we were missing out on by not having professionals take over our email campaigns. We talked to several email agencies before finding Luck & Co - who impressed us right off the bat with their understanding of our situation, our company goals, and their established process of working with clients. They were professional yet personal. Kasey and her team know their stuff, yet they are willing to listen and try out creative approaches as well. They take the time to understand our products and customers inside and out, and we sell somewhat technical products so this was essential. They understood our desire to keep our emails authentic to our brand voice and value-oriented, but still help unconverted customers with their decision. Their design, copywriting, and strategy is all equally strong, and they quickly earned our trust, which is very important when you are having an agency partner speak to your customer base about very technical products. We've seen much higher email revenue than expected since we started working with their team, both with our recovery email flows and our monthly campaigns. Additionally, I thought I'd need to dedicate much more time to guiding the contents of emails, but their team really has learned our voice and goals and saved our marketing team hours and hours of effort. I highly recommend working with Luck & Co, both if you are new to email marketing and if you've been trying it and haven't seen it take off yet. They'll get you where you should be!

Hard-working, thoughtful and professional Working with the Luck and Co team has been an absolute pleasure, in particular working with Kasey and Veronika on a weekly basis. We came into the email marketing sphere very green and knew that we needed to make investment with the growth of D2C during covid. Kasey seamlessly transitioned us to Klaviyo and got 8 flows set up for us right away. They have a system and formula for success and can get you set up quickly and start making money and making an impact with your new and existing subscriber base. The thing I love most about working with their team is that they are always amenable to feedback, while improving and making our email communication feel special and unique.
