Online site is not complicated, it was bearley to use it wiyh comfort. Shipping and handeling was managed flatly. It took some days eventhough they have an express delivery. But they have some differnt kinds of payment methods, so we cna choose the one we want to use. All in all all was averge. No surprises.

Good selection of items Have ordered from this company a few times. Only had to return an item once and blessedly did not experience the issues some others have had in returning an item. Love the pre-tied bandanas and have ordered many. One was not of the quality I expected and got a small hole in it after the first washing, but I stitched it closed and now am able to wear it again. Price wise they are comparable to others who offer similar products, not better than, so for the aforementioned issues they get a little less than a perfect rating.

Never received item When I first found the site via search engine, I asked a question that took ONE WEEK for them to reply to (with an unhelpful answer). I ordered an item anyway, and after 10 days emailed a query about why I hadn't received it. They sent me a 'tracking' page' showing a delivery to my zip code area, accompanied by a message that "It was delivered". I checked with the Post Office with no success, and let CYH know that if it HAD been delivered, it wasn't to me and would they re-ship? NO REPLY. AT ALL.
