Great Items, shipping and processing issues! I love the items that I received from coveryourhair.com, however, like the last 2 times I have placed an order, there were some issues. I placed an order on a Sunday, paying for 1 day shipping. My items did not arrive until Friday, and that was only after 2 angry emails and a followup angry phone call. Their customer service rep on the phone was wonderful to work with and made sure to take care of my issues.

Great Online Company! I had been looking for the prefect hair accessories for my Bridesmaids for months and months, finally I stumbled across CoverYourHair.com and instantly fell in love! I found the absoluty perfect pieces for my girls, and the prices were very reasonable. I will recommend CoverYourHair to all of my friends who will be getting married soon, and also to my friends who live for hair accessories.

Customer disservice! Placed an order for a few Hair coverings ordered one item in silver received gold. Was made to feel stupid when contacted company to address my issue. Representative would not admit the error insisted I was wrong. All I was looking for was an apology I was made to feel like I was trying to cheat them. Would never buy again nor recommend to anyone. Bad experience!

Good Selection, Got it fast! I really like my tichel from Cover Your Hair, although it wasn't the color that I chose...or maybe the color that was depicted on the internet did not clearly depict the realistic color? I'm not sure. I think there needs to be a better way to describe the colors, because CYH does have a great selection of colors but they aren't really paired with color descriptions all the time. So this leaves one to wonder "did I actually get the color I want?". Overall my experience was great though. The tichel is great, it is easy to tie, easy to wear, it looks good! I would definitely buy from CYH again. Shipping is fast, fast, fast. :)

Good products, decent prices The website is easy to navigate, prices seem mostly competitive. Some of the item categories have tutorial videos at the bottom of the screen, which is very nice for people who are new to head covering (I don't actually cover all of my hair, just my head, and only when I'm in church). My hair is pretty thin and fine, so I do often wish the product descriptions were more descriptive--I need t know if a headband, for example, is made of cotton or of something more slippery, because most fabrics will slide right off my head. That's my only complaint.
