What impressed me most was their understanding of how we wanted to target our audience across our various products. Jen and Olivia were particularly responsive and patient, addressing all of my questions promptly. I'm very grateful for their guidance in navigating Emotive's metrics.

dont recommend them. the 1 star reviews are honest I have been with them since I started my business, so around 3 years. They try to lock you into some contract where you cant cancel because you HAVE to be in a one year contract with a minimum spend amount (even if that is $0, there will be another monthly charge theyll try to scam you into paying). If you forget to cancel by ONE DAY you must stay locked in for an entire year. Now I'll need to dispute all these charges and have my credit card company deal with it, it's such a waste of time

Great Support Team Emotive is really helpful on the onboarding side of things. They genuinely want you to succeed. The team is friendly and knowledgeable. So far so good! I hope I can grow my SMS list and get some more sales.

No brainier! Great support and super easy to set up! We literally spent 5 minutes and we were all set with the Pixel. Oftentimes times, when setting up new software, the onboarding is slow this exceeds my expectations. Additionally, we have seen a huge lift in only 3 weeks thousands in recovered revenue and customer data.

These people falsely accused me of… FIREARMS ONLINES SALES? These people falsely accused me of selling firearms!! We sell basement waterproofing products! Having scheduled an onboarding Zoom appointment and made sure I was on time for it which meant a tough drive through heavy traffic and rain, plus cutting short my other tasks, I was greeted with an email from them cancelling the appointment, stating the reason to be that I was an arms dealer! They said that it would be illegal for them to provide me with their marketing services. I used my business domain email address so they could easily have found my website where we sell Waterguard and FloodBuster sump and pump systems. We are totally against guns and would never trade in them.
