GBI spent $962 for one month in my zip… I spent $962 for one month in my zip code. They said i'd get 80-90 Leads. I only got 4 in my zip code and around 20 in other towns. I tried emailing the President to discuss, but he wont return messages. Definitely not worth the money.

GBRead the fine print before you move… Read the fine print before you move forward. You are stuck with their 1 month service fee no matter the quality of leads. 4 leads so far and 2 of them are homes under contract (PENDING) garbage, the 3rd was in another State, because it's close to my state (Not licensed there so more garbage) and the fourth was a mobile home (not licensed to sell those nor do I want to be)....so yes, if you want to light $300 on fire, go for it. Otherwise read the fine print and know what you are about to pay for.

GBZiptitan has tripled my ROI Ziptitan has tripled my ROI, while some leads aren’t ideal and a few calls hit snags, the overall return are impressive

GBI recently subscribed to buyer leads… I recently subscribed to buyer leads and have to say I'm impressed, 14 ot of 17 answered my call and 6 of them are actively looking to buy, the rest may not qualifiy to buy now but surely will in the future. For a $300 investment and over 10 days left in my first month I think I've made a good decision. I have to point out however, that the integrations are still very limited, I cannot import leads from another lead provider into their CRM, which would make things easier for me. Other than that, they have everything that I need.
