Great expectations, poor results I paid for 19-31 leads per month in my chosen zip code in a large metro area. After the first month, I had received four (4) contacts total, none of them in my chosen zip code. Conversations with the "team" (one person, as far as I can tell) were friendly but ultimately futile at providing what I paid for. Fortunately, you can cancel online anytime.

I am not happy with our results I am not happy with our results. Our team has a very fast call back time and we have systems in place that nurture leads as well. We've not received one viable lead out of the 35+ leads that have come in. Names and phone numbers are great - but not if they are not at all responsive.

I spent $962 for one month in my zip… I spent $962 for one month in my zip code. They said i'd get 80-90 Leads. I only got 4 in my zip code and around 20 in other towns. I tried emailing the President to discuss, but he wont return messages. Definitely not worth the money.

I received 8 bad leads for a $200 subscription I received 8 leads for $200, over 60% of leads were with invalid contact info, none of the leads were from selected zip code, 5 leads bad info, 2 leads weren't interested, and the third person never responded. The two contacts that were good, was not interested in talking to a realtor. Zip Titan should vet their leads better.
