Need better customer service You did not do bad. I really did not know what I needed to order. I really ordered blind. I am ordering again and hope I can be better informed. Your customer service was nice but not helpful. I am going to call customer service again before I order and hope they can help. I had to return my item which can get pricey

Good Wig Liners I was looking for a wig liner that was open on top. They are easier to put on stay put. The Revlon liners are perfect. Happy that I found them!

Wigs not what they look like in the catalog Don’t know yet how much money will be taken off for returns but my experience was very good I ordered a wig and returned it without much trouble.I was disappointed when I put the wig on my head and your supposed to just put it in place with your fingers ho ho ho what you really need is the same beautician that Raquel Welsh uses then maybe it will look good on you too!

Beware: Product and customer service inferior The photo of the wig I ordered is nothing at all like the product I received. It’s a mass of unstyled hair. My request to return was denied. Their calculation was that it was 6 business days since a late afternoon delivery, which should not count as the first business day. This happened during the Christmas and new years holidays timeframe. I am a chemotherapy patient. I cannot take this wig to have it cut and styled by a professional. We are in a pandemic and my being immuno compromised I just cannot take the risk. This company has zero understanding of customer satisfaction. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I am very happy with the topper I… I am very happy with the topper I purchased but the lack of standardized hair color coding (“light gray” instead of color 59, 60, or 61) made it impossible to know what I was going to get when I ordered. This deficiency is compounded by your no-returns policy. However, overall I got a topper I could use if not the ideal topper I would like to have received. Specifically, my own gray hair is almost white at the temples and progressively darker at the nape. It is NOT the evenly mixed 90% gray and 10% dark brown of your if your “light gray” topper.
