GBIt's just OK. I received a notification out of the blue to review Email On Acid, so decided to take up the opportunity. It's OK. When it works, it works well. There are days where it will repeatedly crash for hours at a time rendering it unusable. Whenever I've raised this with Support I’ve been fobbed off. It works on a screenshot model, rather than live renders, and I appreciate that development limitations are likely the reason for this, but it means correcting errors in your code is hugely guesswork and the repeated rendering of imagery is tedious. I do all of my corrections externally as a result and only use EoA to check the output. In fact, none of the other features of EoA appeal to me at all, so it was staggering that my monthly bill DOUBLED overnight recently. The only reason I remain a customer is that despite the price hike they’re still cheaper than competitors.

GBA robust, reliable email testing tool While my company has had an Email on Acid subscription for a while now, this is my first time using it and I love it! The ability to fully QA my emails and ensure that the product going out to our database is optimized, accessible, and completely tested gives me confidence in our deliveries. The step-by-step guide for campaign testing is so user friendly that I learned while testing an upcoming email send. I would recommend this tool to anyone in need of a robust, reliable email testing process, and I'm excited to check out the Analytics options next!

GBAMUST to check emails compatibility The system is a MUST to check emails in multiple browsers. Their pricing is affordable and the offerings are on par with competitors. Do find that troubleshooting one email does require creating new projects so I wish there was a better way to keep track of a template without new tests over and over.

CRThe resolution for this issues doesn't… The resolution for this issues doesn't seem applicable for our client, specially when we were not presenting the issue on litmus or the mobile part of Email on Acid. Also with the pixel sizing information provided doesn't seem that the particular mailings were not going over.

SGAlways a relief to know what our emails… Always a relief to know what our emails look like on multiple platforms/OS. Would be great if there were suggestions on how to adjust the HTML code when the design looks different on certain OS (e.g. iphone X) though.
