Very Frustrating Experience If we could write a review that is less than one star we would. The task was a simple on of transferring our old website to a new host with minor changes to verbiage. They guaranteed meeting the deadline of the end on March. It was not completed until almost the end of May—almost two months late. And then only because we had to badger them into action constantly. Making multiple mistakes all along the way. Costing us clients/business and delaying our activities. These are the least competent most unprofessional group you could find for web type work. They are over two months late on a simple website project, do not do as asked without multiple requests, must be bugged every day to do something, then regress in what they already did! DO NOT USE THEM!

Beware SCAM As a new entrepreneur I was looking got a logo design online. I found Logo Design Lane and their chat opened immediately while I was reviewing the costs of a simple Logo. They gave me a nice price $68.00 and were very nice on the phone. Sent me the preliminar designs and we discussed some changes, to get a Final product. They sent a receipt with no terms or conditions, which didn't feel right and I got into a discussion about it not being professional, they said will send original documents via mail. The day I was supposed to receive my final product, the call turned to strange charges and fees never discussed, for a file for an insurance, legal fees and a legal department that charge my card for over $4000. When I noticed I immediately requested a refund and to cancel all business with them. After waiting and being call "names" by three males. I requested a investigation by my card and they even forged documents with terms and conditions, dates and acknowledgement that I never signed. To appeal the charge back, they even say that after I got the product I requested the charge back and I NEVER got the Logo. To this day I got a panic attack everything I have call from California in my phone. If you need any service, please don't go with them.

One of the worst experiences ever One of the worst experiences ever, very unprofessional. They force you to pay for Copyrights when you only requested logo designs. I fairly paid for the designs and asked them to hold on to the copyrights until I launch my business. Unfortunately, I never did the business and I did not need the copyrights since the logos were not needed anymore. I got threatened by some guy there with a $25,000 penalty and 5 years in jail. This person doesn't even work in the legal department. Very unprofessional, and I do not recommend it.
