3 months in and it's pretty great I've been using this service for about 3 months now, i have to say it's actually been amazing. It's been slow but before this service I was always losing followers and would post a lot. Nowadays, I don't post often (which is not great) but I get 20 followers A DAY which is insane to me. Reading these 1 star reviews are scary bc I don't want my account banned but so far it's been going really well, they've seriously helped me out. Oh and my followers are genuine bc they dm me, comment, like etc. Really really happy with it so far, praying it stays like this. I use the essential monthly sub btw.

Essential plan user In short Nitreo works pretty well for me, but I had some issues with setting up my account. Specifically I got one login request from a strange location, but I got in touch with their support and they reassured me that it was correct. I pressed "This wasn't me" first - communication can be better there for sure so other customers don't make that mistake. After solving my connection issue everything worked great. It took a few days, if not up to a week, for me to see results.

Breached my security - DO NOT USE Breached my security - compromised my password. Tried to make an excuse saying that this was just access to server issues. I had already granted access to their server’ the day before (Serbia). Next day, Facebook didn’t ask me to authorise - merely kicked me out saying that my passwords had been compromised and I had to reset all my passwords. They are fraudulent. Refused to give me a refund, also you have to speak with them to request a cancellation of your subscription. Very dodgy and it ain't worth speaking to them as they are just obnoxious. They are also know as SocialGrowth and all chats/emails come from this inbox.

Avoid at all costs Really bad experience. Customer service was absolutely terrible. It's a mix of automated messages and people just not even listening to what you were saying, or what the issue was. Super dated method of follow/unfollow method. Would not issue a refund, and tried to reason about something that is not part of their terms of service. Felt scammy in all honesty. Much better tools out there, not worth the headache.

This is a great service This is a great service, with great support/customer service. The only thing I think could be improved is ensuring relevant followers are gained (sometimes I gain followers that aren't my target audience). I've seen consistent, fast growth, and my account has never been flagged/shut down because of Nitreo. Will keep using their services for sure.
