Not a good experience Not a good experience...I've purchased a couple of coins from this company in the past and all went well. However, this there were a couple of hiccups that turned into an unsatisfying conversation. It was pretty clear they didn't want my business, so I'm going elsewhere.

Best customer service around Not the first time ordering coins and each time have received excellent customer service. Several years ago, I was tasked at my volunteer fire station to create and purchase coins, and the process was extremely fast and accurate. Now, at my full time job, we created a unit coin and used ChallengeCoins4Less.com again, as I had nothing but excellent remarks to say about them. Matt was always super helpful, and we were supplied 5 drafts before we had it perfect. They are very patient, and straight forward with pricing. Questions were answered promptly by both email and on the phone. You actually talk to a REAL person without having to dial all kinds of extensions to reach someone. Hands down one of the best experiences I have had. Also, they make re-orders super easy! Coins are of excellent value, arrived in great condition, and are made to last.
