Great service and product People are friendly and patient as you work your way through the design process. Coins were beautiful. If I have one recommendation, it would be about the laser etching we purchased on the side of the coin. Maybe it was because the coin was silver, but you can barely see the words. For .60 a coin, I expected a little better. Not sure if anything can be done in the future to make words show better. Other than that, great. I would recommend this company.

Outsourced to China I had no problems with the ordering process or customer service and the coins turned out better than I expected. The only problem I had was although this is an American based company I did not realize the coin production was outsourced to China. It would have been nice to know that before hand.

Poor Customer Service They outsource to China and any problems they say it's the Vendors fault. No it's THEIR fault as they pick the vendor not me and they take no responsibility even when they make promises. Yes, design is great and coin great but now I've paid for mold and to go to a real company will cost me and I don't make MILLIONS like they brag. Will not make another coin with them.
