Nonstop phone calls This company harrassed me with phone calls for almost a year and called from several numbers, all of which I had to block. I asked them continually to remove me from their list. I knew they were not legitimate because the first time they called I said my publisher handles everything they were offering. They then tried to tell me they had been in communication with my publisher, which was a flat-out lie. Legitimate companies do not need to spam people like this. I would recommend steering clear.

Happy with service and support I was thrilled with the service and enthusiasm with which this company worked with me. Their production team came up with creative ideas, were always responsive, and I always felt like I was in good hands. They streamlined the whole process and made it look so simple for a new author like me. Will definitely be working with them from day one for my next book.

An obvious scam An obvious scam. I published a book with WW Norton in 2017 and have had no trouble whatsoever promoting it. YOP called me cold one day and started selling me, with the caller stumbling over the name of the book, and unable to explain what it was about. I very clearly told them that I did not need a publicist and knew this was a scam company. Days later the same caller called back, saying "do you remember me?" and started pitching again. Somebody should shut down these crooks.
