GBThe absolute worst company very… The absolute worst company very dishonest and Thiefs do not do business with this company, you will be very sorry very ver unethical people to deal with. If you want to fix the issues with the bad reviews please refund the money that you stole from me and I will stop writing the bad reviews. Whether I was a customer a few years ago or not it’s not the issue here. The fact is that you stole from me and from a lot of customers and time does not fix bad ethical behaviors because it’s obvious that your company has no ethics. If you want to start changing the first step is going the right thing and that would be reversing your bad behavior. I’ve been in business for 6 years 4.9 star reviews because of 2 fake reviews in 6 years. Look at your reviews and how many people have put a bad review but not only that look at the consistencies of the review they all complain about your ethical and moral values. Refund my money that you stole and this will be the last review that you will see.

GBDo not believe the poor reviews Do not believe the poor reviews! This company literally put my real estate appraisal business on the map. Their GEO service solved the problem of "appraiser near me" searches, their platform has a central dashboard that lets us do everything including asking for and responding to reviews, track leads and see the new business volume grow. They then redid my entire website . Try them!

GBWe are a small business and found… We are a small business and found SureFire local. They helped us get our Google business page set up and create a custom website. We worked with Sean and Tiffany and they were very helpful. We ran into a financial issue with our company and called SureFire and they had many different options to try and help us make it work. They deal primarily with small businesses so they are very understanding when we couldnt make it work. They were amazing to work with and professional, knowledgeable and kind in both our onboarding and exit process. We will definitely recommend them to other businesses!

GBHorrible Company - Worst communication and will not refund proper amount Edit: Surefire owes us 2 months of payments which will be minimum $6000. The refunded not even half of that amount without any proper discussions with us and are calling it fair and issue resolves. We are extremely disappointed and will be filing a formal BBB complaint. No small business should ever work with Surefire Local. After more than 2 years of service we decided to go in a different direction. We contacted them on May 30th, 2023 to terminate our service. After lot of call forwarding we were able to get assurance from an employee that it will be taken care of and we might see charges in June but they will be reverted back promptly. Its July 17, we have called them and talked to them multiple times. They still have not sent us any cancellation confirmation and they keep charging us more money.
