Three months in and I’m about to have to call my bank to dispute several charges that they continue to make to my account, even though I called and emailed asking to resolve it separately. Sean was my nonexistent “account manager” and Amanda was the “website lead.” Again, I advise this company to either make things right with an unsatisfied customer, or just stop trying to fool people altogether with a very basic software and no customer service. Don’t be fooled by the PAID reviews.

They are selling you a software not a… They are selling you a software not a service. Your paying a lot of money just to request reviews and send out e-mails and social media post through their system. They do nothing in there "Middle Plan" for SEO optimization. Their key phrase and solution to all your issues is " keep using the platform " it might be better for a big company with a big budget that wants a lead managing CRM. They also trap you in with that 3 month contracted. Way over priced for what they actually do.
