Looking to resolve I started working with this company in October 2020; opening a new business so I could have a Plan B because of Covid. Alan and the team did a great job in designing my logo; I will give them that. When that was done I signed on to have a website done but within 24 hours some things shifted in my world due to a family emergency and I reached out to cancel. Unfortunately, I had paid up front for this web design. Here I am 10 months later, trying to get a refund when I said I would pay the "penalty". I can't get a phone call returned or an email answered. I just want to resolve this issue. It is not right that a company takes money, doesn’t provide a product and still insists they are in the right. The buyer beware flag keeps going up.

Green Lakes Designers built a great… Green Lakes Designers built a great website for us, but then they started making other charges that were not mentioned in our initial conversation. They come up with, well we can't publish it until another few hundred is paid. We paid that and it was published, we were able to edit (we are a 501c3 rescue) and we could also ask them to add or move items, for months we have gotten no service and are unable to log in to make any changes ourselves. I have talked with three different people that were going to help, and they would, if we paid another 2 or 300 dollars. We have about $2,000 invested in their promises and are now stuck. I am going to sue.

scam Those people are into scamming you. Gaining your trust by doing a little work, then having you pay more money and then you'd realize that you got scammed and they never delivered the project.

Greenlake designers Greenlake designers, American Logo designers, logo jeeves ... All the same company and it is a gigantic scam. I have lost over 5k because of their con game. They initially deliver a logo, not without pain and having to repeat the instructions over and over. Then they conned my by having me dish out more money to do an e-commerce site for which I have never seen its completion. They are good at talking you into paying but do not deliver. Be warned this is a scam and they need to be reported to the authorities. If you read this and have recently made a payment call you bank to cancel it. Otherwise you will be scammed. Their goal is to gain your trust by doing a little bit of work then have you spend more and then it is too late you can't get your money back if your last payment date beyond a certain date.

Great company Great company. Does Amazing work. My Project manager Alan and his team are helping me in creating my company's brand. These guys are very knowledgeable and extremely talented at what they do. High recommend.
