Greenlake Designers previously Logo… Greenlake Designers previously Logo Jeeves took over my account when Logo Jeeves stopped operating, go have a look at Logo Jeeves, the first search that pops up is Logo Jeeves Scam. Greenlake reached out and let me know they have all the info about my account from Logo Jeeves and everything is good to go. My website has been down for over a week, Green Lake hasn't returned my email nor has done anything to fix the problem. I paid for the domain for 3 years in 2020 and currently it shows my domain is not paid for. I can't complain about the quality of the logo I had done but absolutely everything else has been very unprofessional and communication just isn't there at all. I personally believe their objective is to do such a poor job on the website side that it forces you to have a reputable company try and buy the domain so your website can operate.

Terrible experience Terrible experience. Ordered a package in November to americanlogodesigners.com. Contacted by them later. I've been promised to get it before Christmas as it was a present. As of Feb 1 project hasn't been completed yet. Promised 24/7 customer service. nobody reply. when they did it was only to try selling some other BS. Contacted customer service many times. Vague and evasive. They reply only when heated messages are sent but then.... nothing happen. Requested to get my money back no answer received yet!

I have had a very good experience… I have had a very good experience working with Frank Anderson. Frank has been easy to work with and helps me to move in the direction I am looking for. Poor customer service, money back guarantee not honored I am currently a customer of Green Lake Designers and I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service and quality. The communication between our designer has been incredibly slow and the progress of our website development has also been slow. The money back guarantee was not honored when we requested a refund. New fees are presented constantly that were never discussed upfront. As a new business the slow development of our website is now affecting our ability to make revenue. This has been the worst decision we’ve ever made as a business.
