I'm going to say this one time: in Spanish-language naming conventions, the FIRST SURNAME IS MORE DEFINITIVE THAN THE SECOND SURNAME. That means if you are looking for Juan Gonzalez Cortes's emails, guessing Juan Cortes is going to get you nowhere. Can't believe I paid 60 bucks for this. At least stop docking our credits for these bunk results.

They've taken incorrect data and even published two employee profiles without our permission. So they are misrepresenting my business, and when contacted, they refuse to remove the data, claiming they have every right to do so. They refuse to refund and do not cancel your subscription timely. Rocketreach offered a partial refund via "subscription downgrade" and then did not process the refund. And then refused to process saying that your re-request wasn't timely. Dishonest business. Avoid.
