GBQuailty Appointments and Excellent Customer Service We are always skeptical about new lead sources, but adding Contractor Appointments was by far one of the best additions for our marketing department.These are set appointments, not leads. We are selling them at a higher rate than any other lead source and they demo well over 90%. Getting credits on appointments that do not demo are never an issue. In a perfect world we would love to spend more money with them and pull back from some of other lead sources. Sean is always there for us and great to work with.

GBOnce Good, now a Failure I have been using Contractor Appointments for years with minimal issues. Now, as both their lead quantity and their lead quality have dropped off dramatically and their business is failing, they stopped treating me like a client and more like their servant. They had the nerve to send me a disrespectful email demanding a new report that they've never requested or mentioned before. This as for months they've failed to deliver even a few real leads. To add to the insult, when I requested that they explain what this is all about and why they've failed to communicate this request previously, they launched an attack on me accusing me of being mean and closed our account. These people deserve the failure that they're experiencing. They'll all be unemployed in 24 months I'm sure.

GBOver all I am happy with the service⦠Over all I am happy with the service and will continue to use it . My issues concerning the service are the following : Some of the leads are scheduled for the next day and it is very difficult at times to work that out because of our schedules. When this occurs and we can't reach the customer to reschedule we sometimes lose that lead . Secondly , Not being proficient with the dashboard system you use, I never know if I'm being credited when I believe It is appropriate . I email Sean and rarely get a response .
