GBI ordered hand sanitizer last Monday… I ordered hand sanitizer last Monday the 30th of March and spent the extra money for priority shipping. Spent over 53 dollars. Also false advertising. I thought I was ordering two large containers just to find out from another customer that isn’t my is only a small container. At 15 dollars each. Price gouging. Not gonna be in business long especially I understand the hard times and I’m sympathetic. What I can’t excuse is the lack of response to my emails at least saying there working in my order. Very very disappointed. Calling my credit card tomorrow and put in a dispute and calling the better business bureau. I see that alot of folks on these reviews have received responses and they ordered after me !!!

GBZero Stars I ordered a shaving kit in late November as a Christmas present. My credit card was fully charged and the order never arrived. The period between Thanksgiving and New Years I, repeatedly, emailed Classic Shaving to find out the status of my order, with never any response back. I then looked up Classic Shaving’s Customer Service number on-line and called that number. Classic Shaving’s pre-recorded voicemail noted due to COVID-19 the customer service number is not monitored please contact us via email. Buyer beware regarding Classic Shaving/the Grooming Network.

THVery Disappointed This was to be my first purchase with Classic Shaving. Placed my order 1 September and the order still shows unfulfilled with my $340.94 showing paid. Sent several emails with absolutely no response from them. It has been almost 2 weeks with their head in sand. Extremely poor business ethics.

GBThe unscented hand sanitizer is false… The unscented hand sanitizer is false and matter of fact upon opening the bottle the solution has a horrible smell to it and once on the skin it took multiple hand washing with soap to get rid of the smell. Email listed to contact seller is not valid and received an 'undeliverable' message back and they don't return phone calls. They claim to be a proud American Company but that is a bunch of bulls**t. I disputed via PayPal and after two months finally got my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!

GBShipping was great, that's about it. Shipping was great. Received order very quickly. Razor, the stubby safety razor, was not functional. The blade is pressed too close to the unit and cannot shave. No way to adjust razor height. Classic soaps are difficult to lather relative to others I have used. Note how their web site's product ratings are all five stars or nothing. It's because they won't post negative ratings or comments they receive. Wish I had spent my $50 bucks elsewhere.
