GBThey have no customer service. Like others, I have sent my money, my account has been debited and crickets. I’ve sent several emails with no response and have disputed one charge already (the razor was supposedly shave-ready). My current order sits untouched and at this point I’m going to email once more, give them ANOTHER week to respond before I dispute that charge for lack of fulfillment. Do NOT buy from this company as you money will go down a rabbit hole and your only recourse is to email (due to COVID, they are unable to answer phone calls, unlike virtually every other business I’ve dealt with since March). Since they can’t seem to respond to emails, you’ll be throwing your money away.

GBI received my Grandfathers straight… I received my Grandfathers straight which is a hundred years old and had been sitting around in its original box for 70 years so as you can imagine it needed some TLC. After contacting Classic Shaving via email with pictures, they insured me that they could restore it. All I can say is wow night and day difference no more surface rust nice and I mean nice edge. I look forward to many shaves with it, have only used it once since I received it back yesterday.

GBWILL NOT SHIP "IN STOCK" SANITIZER BUT WILL TAKE YOUR $$$$ Just like the rest, I ordered half a case of sanitizer and almost a month later..still nothing. They sent a tracking number that shows it being "accepted" on August 3 but nothing. Filed a dispute with PayPal and tomorrow i will be doing the same with Chase Bank. NEVER DOING BUSINESS THIS THIS "COMPANY" AGAIN. I suggest you do also

GBThis is plain rip off. I never write a review but this needs to be addressed so nobody else gets ripped off by these scam artists. It took way to long to be delivered. Requested return authorization twice by email with no answer. Will let the credit card company deal with it.

GBZero Stars I ordered a shaving kit in late November as a Christmas present. My credit card was fully charged and the order never arrived. The period between Thanksgiving and New Years I, repeatedly, emailed Classic Shaving to find out the status of my order, with never any response back. I then looked up Classic Shaving’s Customer Service number on-line and called that number. Classic Shaving’s pre-recorded voicemail noted due to COVID-19 the customer service number is not monitored please contact us via email. Buyer beware regarding Classic Shaving/the Grooming Network.
