GBIf I could give them ZERO stars I… If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I think 1 star is way too generous. I have attempted numerous times to get an answer from their customer service team as I have requested a refund time after time. They use the lame excuse of COVID to not answer any phone calls so you are relegated to sending an email into oblivion that will never receive a reply. Don't waste your time with classicshaving.com they have ripped me off of my purchase price. Don't be their next victim.

GBFile a complaint with your Attorney General. I have filed a complaint with my states Attorney General's office, I have. This is price gouging and is illegal. I suggest everyone do the same. I fell prey to the same scam. The picture showed a gallon for around 16 bucks. When I got my order confirmation it stated 4.5 with 3 to 7 day prioity shipping. I got a smaller 4.0 oz bottle 20 days later by USPS. I emailed their customer service within minutes of ordering, called numerous times to a customer service line that they are not taking calls from.

GBShipping was great, that's about it. Shipping was great. Received order very quickly. Razor, the stubby safety razor, was not functional. The blade is pressed too close to the unit and cannot shave. No way to adjust razor height. Classic soaps are difficult to lather relative to others I have used. Note how their web site's product ratings are all five stars or nothing. It's because they won't post negative ratings or comments they receive. Wish I had spent my $50 bucks elsewhere.

GBCOVID BAD ACTORS! COVID BAD ACTORS! This company sells hand-sanitizer and predatory prices and then does not ship, does not reply to emails, does not communicate, does not reply to text, chat, phone calls. Maybe they intend to do right by people but the fact that they DO NOT COMMUNICATE forces my opinion and I believe therefore they are fraudulent and criminal in nature.

GBThis is plain rip off. I never write a review but this needs to be addressed so nobody else gets ripped off by these scam artists. It took way to long to be delivered. Requested return authorization twice by email with no answer. Will let the credit card company deal with it.
