Oktober Customer Service and Ease of Use Oktober answered all my questions quickly. They made me feel like I was their only customer. The SL1-B Homebrewer Can Seamer arrived on time. I got it setup and seamed my first can within minutes without issue. I am looking forward to bringing my homebrew to event in the future.

Great crew and really awesome people over there. Look behind the counter the next time you're in one of downtown's brew pubs and you'll more than likely see their fantastic products. They make a domestic version as well for hobby brewers too!

Sometimes several cans in a box have… Sometimes several cans in a box have bad seems. It would be an improvement if you either acknowledged that a few cans may be damaged and the cost is automatically discounted, or else give an option to get credit upon the return of damaged cans. Also, it would be great if I could just order a whole pallet. The shipping prices on the boxes are pretty huge, and there is no reduction for getting the equivalent of a full pallet.

After ordering, a personal call from the owner telling me I didn’t need a specific accessory which saved me money! Wow, don’t get that from businesses! Canned 5 gallons of hard cider last night and was effortless and as advertised, no learning curve needed.
