I called on April 22 I called on April 22, 2024 and Pablo helped me get started. I went after rent and met with Robert at 2650 Southwest 28th Lane, Grove location where he helped me get a storage in less than 30min. Place is clean and just the size I needed. Robert explained everything to me and was as helpful as Pablo was in the main office. Robert set everything up and I am glad I went there first and final. I didn't have to look around. The price was perfect for a 10x5. Thank you for all your help.

Rats ruined everything So I have been using this company for many years through many moves, and have never previously had an issue. However this last time I rented with them my family went to move things and found the entire unit invested with rats. There was nothing that could be touched without gloves. Everything was soaked in urine, blood, and covered in layers of rate poop. Years of sentimental items all destroyed. Of the 12 or so boxes stored there only one in the very top corner was salvageable. Electronics were fried by the urine. Childhood stuffed animals covered in blood that I certainly hope was from the rats. It was a biohazard disaster. On top of this, the netting that was above the unit to supposedly prevent things from getting in the unit had what appeared to be men's belongs stashed up there as if a homeless person had been sleeping above it. I am heartbroken and angry and can't believe I have lost a lifetime of memories to the grifters who have been steadily raising my rates for nearly a year while my items got destroyed on their watch. I wish so desperately we had thought to take pictures but we were all so distraught by the sight and pure ammonia smell that we didn't think to. We just wanted to get out of that disgusting place ASAP. NEVER rent from them if you don't enjoy trying to clean blood and caked poop off your valuables.
