This last transaction was very… This last transaction was very disappointing. I would have outbid someone on another unit had this one not been canceled AFTER the auction was over. I prefer the local ones especially through storage treasures, but now I may think twice and possibly use another more reliable sight next time.

It’s a great tool It’s a great tool. I love it better than the other sites because I can more easily sort and filter. It’s easy to navigate back-and-forth and so much easier to zoom in and see detail. customer service and tech-support is very responsive as well

I won an auction from Public Storage I won an auction from Public Storage. Called to pay and got instructions on where to pay and how to pick up merchandise. Approximately 1 hr later the manager called me to inform that the general manager had pulled the unit from the sale. There were 31 bids placed on this unit, it was won and then pulled from sale. Something don't sound right.

Bought a unit from Urban Storage in Tacoma Bought a unit from Urban Storage in Tacoma. Cleaned it out and went back for my deposit. No problem with unit being cleaned but woman working couldn't find my deposit. I was there for an hour while she called around. She talked to her boss who wanted me to sign the form stating I received my deposit back. I told her that wasn't happening until I got my deposit back. Woman had a terrible attitude and her boss was even worse. Deposit was finally located and I got it back. The customer service was horrible although the day I came in and paid for the unit, it was great as was the woman working.

My new obsession… The whole process from bidding to completing the sale and emptying the unit was so easy and convenient. The storage unit staff- Clarissa and Daniel were very helpful and kind. Superior customer service! Hope to win an auction at their establishment again!
