BEHow desperately are you looking for a transport company? Zero communication, zero transparency. Pallets have disappeared, have re-appeared, have been delivered according to their system, while the client has not received anything. Our most recent transport was the last one with Quicargo. My client asked to be called at arrival since he lives 5 minutes away from the drop-off location. The driver never called, and charged us for the non-delivery. Quicargo's reponse: "The driver is not legally obliged to call." My client did not have his urgent goods on time. The stress and worries of working with Quicargo are not worth the price.

NLnot reliable I have asked (on a Sunday) specifively (and paid 30 euro extra) to pick up at tuesday (Monday was not possible) to deliver Wednesday (before 13:00). I just got a message from my client that they still did not get the product. Maybe this works for many products and customers, but not for me... 2 days delay is unacceptable ... specially without notice...
