NLAdditional pickup charges without any… Additional pickup charges without any proof. We regularly do pickups in Germany always the same pallet size and we correctly provide it to Quicargo. Imagine the shock when the carrier says "no the pallet's are bigger" and then refuses pickup while charging full price!! Yet the pallets are exactly as specified. There has been no change. NLQuicargo systems has one problem Quicargo systems has one problem, we some times have to send with client’s name, but your systems doesn’t change back to the original user name,I got trouble with this problem and I have to pay the price.

NLweb site is user friendly web site is user friendly. communication is easy. tracking the deliveries from the web site is easy.not always quick interms of deliveries( however 1 delivery out 10 delivery was late, which is a good performance). In case a direct contact is needed, customer service is helpful by emails

NLnot reliable I have asked (on a Sunday) specifively (and paid 30 euro extra) to pick up at tuesday (Monday was not possible) to deliver Wednesday (before 13:00). I just got a message from my client that they still did not get the product. Maybe this works for many products and customers, but not for me... 2 days delay is unacceptable ... specially without notice...
