NLweb site is user friendly web site is user friendly. communication is easy. tracking the deliveries from the web site is easy.not always quick interms of deliveries( however 1 delivery out 10 delivery was late, which is a good performance). In case a direct contact is needed, customer service is helpful by emails

NLnot reliable I have asked (on a Sunday) specifively (and paid 30 euro extra) to pick up at tuesday (Monday was not possible) to deliver Wednesday (before 13:00). I just got a message from my client that they still did not get the product. Maybe this works for many products and customers, but not for me... 2 days delay is unacceptable ... specially without notice...

GBAmazing service and super fast Amazing service - in the busiest time of the year (between Christmas and NY) the managed to still get my shipping to the right location in time, without additional costs. Super friendly service and extremely responsive. My best experience with a courier service so far. I’ll be using them again within the next 2 weeks!

BEShocking,disappointing, disgraceful experience I run a Fulfillment center, and use quicargo often. I just had a shocking disgraceful experience, and am planning on stopping with them. They put a shipment on hold, then we were in talks with them, arranging correct documentation. Inmiddle of sorting this out, they sent a truck to pickup the pallets. But they were not ready, due to shipment being on hold, and us talking to them. After emailing them a couple of times, it was like talking to a brick wall. Highly disappointed
