THEY ARE NOT MOVER, THEY ARE ONLY BROKER, once you made the down payment, you can never reach the right person again, they leave you alone to deal with the real mover, who took LESS THAN HALF of the furniture in Top Moving Solutions Quotation, and if I didn't agree, they will NOT refund my down payment. And, they lost my things, the bed rails were not delivered until two weeks after other furniture were delivered, it's super hard to reach anyone, either the real mover （M&R Expedit Mover and Storage ） or Top Moving Solutions. Pls pls pls, don't be like me, DON'T USE THEM!, YOU WILL END UP PAYING MORE! Even though their quotation looks cheaper! And the service is sooooo poor！ And, when you fill up the insurance claim they (M&R Expedit Mover and Storage, who is supposedly the subcontractor) sent to you, don't expect a reply, because there won't be any! If you have things missing, you lost them forever! No one cares, NOT Top Moving Solutions, NOT their sub-contractor!

GBJim Pierce is a Scammer Whatever you do, DO NOT TRUST top moving solutions. This company, Jim Pierce, and the people they outsource are all scammers and thieves!!! 1. He intentionally underquotes so that the day of moving you are stuck with a bill 2-3x more than the initial quoted price. 2. He claims that the drivers are via their company… they are not. He outsourced a company to pick up my items. Then another company was outsourced to deliver my items. 3. The claim shipping takes 7-10 business days, it took over a month for me to receive my items. 4. SOME OF MY POSSESSIONS WERE STOLEN. Throughout the moving process, I felt TAKEN ADVANTAGED OF!!!! You are better off going with a more reputable service.

GBLost and damaged most of our stuff Lost and damaged most of our stuff. Lewis (the person we worked with) was responsive initially, but stopped responding. Customer support is useless. They take down your information and say the office will call you but they never do. I would never recommend you use this company.
