Returns Never heard of this company. Took a chance purchased a phone arrived did not work correctly returned phone.was credited back on my charge immediately received two emails making sure credit was received. Would use them any time reliable

Sonim XP5700 was brand new and GSM unlocked Sonim XP5700 was brand new and GSM unlocked as advertised. Indestructible rugged phone with excellent connectivity on t-mo and wi-fi. You can also add apps (like email and maps) over ADB. Shipping was super fast. I ordered on a Thursday and received the following Monday via USPS Fist Class (free shipping). Their customer service emails were routed to my gmail spam box, be sure to check for their order and shipping confirmations. Very happy with the phone and the service from Mr. Aberthon.

Bought two rugby phones. One was mint condition, the other had a scratch, and when I pointed it out to them, they responded quickly and gave me options - keep at discount, return for refund or exchange. I took the discount, which made the already good deal even better. Phones work perfectly, and the scratch would likely have happened sooner or later anyway. Even though the experience wasn't 100%, I refuse to reduce the rating, because of the excellent customer service. Hiccups happen.

Very happy My old Samsung Rugby phone broke & I wanted a similar replacement .My carrier does not have them anymore & I was not impressed with their $250 alternative which would also mean another 2 year contract .After some online research I went with Mr Aberthon & purchased a new Samsung Rugby B780A which arrived 3 days later for under $90 including shipping . As the Sim cards were smaller I got a replacement free of charge from my carrier & I`m thrilled with my rugged phone .
