I had a scheduled delivery, it didn't happen due to trucks broken down 3 times, I called, and the folks were helpful and got my containers delivered after the fourth time, the drivers are nice and helpful, the salesmen are always helpful as well, sometimes you can't be perfect, but your team did great at customer service, Thank you

Professional and great communication Within a few minutes of placing my order online, I received a call to verify my shipping info. The representative was very friendly and easy to work with. Clear and accurate information was given to me via email from the time the order was placed until the driver called to inform me he was on the way. When the driver arrived, he was very professional and nice person to talk to. He made sure I was happy with placement of the container before he left. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a shipping container.

A fine experience To start with I checked several places before I settled on Boxhub. They were honest, friendly and what they told me is what I got. My biggest fear was when the connex would arrive it would look it had been used on a bombing and gunnery range by the military. Sure they were a few minor scratches and dents, but all in all it was in fine shape. It was delivered when they said and the price was also very fair. I do not think I could have found a better company. Thanks
