On time & quality service Was an overall great experience for our order & delivery to site of 2x20ft containers; right from Kathy who reached out to us initially with the proposal, then Isaac from Customer Support with the timely delivery updates and finally Sam, the driver who dropped those 2 units at the spot we required with such precision! Alex did everything he said he would… Alex did everything he said he would do. The driver was very professional and did a great job. There are a few minor things to deal with, but Alex said they have a great support staff. We are very satisfied with Boxhub.

5-star experience from start to finish! Ordered two containers to be delivered in the same city, but different locations. One was a one-trip (going to a football stadium) and one was a cargo worthy (going to a practice field). Communication from both Boxhub and the delivery person were great throughout the process. Placed the boxes right were we needed them. The one-trip container was essentially brand new and perferct. The cargo worthy had a little rust and was a little banged up, but still perfectly acceptable and in range of expectations (it was considerably less than the one-trip container) Couldn't have been happier with the experience. I spent a LOT of time researching ahead of time and there are a LOT shady shipping container dealers all over the internet. Boxhub had fair prices (and only charged us one price for shipping even though we technically had two locations), gave an honest up and front idea of what the containers would look like, and even worked hard to get the colors we wanted (even though it was not promised).

2nd purchase as good as the first Second experience with Boxhub just as good as the first. Had to reschedule due to weather. They were very accommodating. Great job keep you updated on delivery.
