Needs upkeep Unable to get elevator to work because the red knob that is to be pulled out was broken off. It appeared to have been super glued previously. Had to find a pliers to pull it out. When I got down the hall to my unit, the door was open, floor was dirty & ther was a dead bat lying on the floor! Sure hope we don't get histoplasmosis from the bats! Rodent control is a must!!!!!

Excellent! This is a very nice storage location. It's in a nice residential neighborhood, it has easy access, the storage areas are clean and temperature controlled. My only concern is that it seems to be priced high.

Great! The staff is very helpful and friendly. The facility itself is very clean and secure. My overall experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend Minneapolis Storage Centers!

Have recommended this place to everyone I know who is moving The site is super clean and well lit and I have always felt safe coming by myself or even with my little kids. The guys running this place are awesome and very helpful. I wish I knew about them sooner, so I could have started storing some of the stuff that had been sitting in my house unused sooner!
