See this wasn’t just an ordinary move it was a Raptor R which pushes the limits of the widest enclosed transports. Jackie coordinated the move, communicated with the dealership, with me and the driver. He exceeded delivery expectations by having the truck arrive safe, on time and in pristine condition! It’s not too often you will find someone who care about your personal investment the way you do, however Jackie exuded that caring attitude, can do spirit and communication for a complex delivery. Chris the driver of the Semi Truck was awesome. He called when he was a hour out, we coordinated a spot where his enclosed 18 wheeler could park and unload the R. Chris maneuvered the Raptor R out of its securely nestled position on the truck. Inspected it and made sure everything was perfect! If you need to transport your prized possession whether it be a family car, sports car or a Raptor you can’t go wrong with this tag team Jackie and Chris knocked it out of the ballpark!!! 5 Star Service couldn't recommend more! So my Porsche had been in the shop for around 10 months due to widely known supply chain issues that they have been having. When it was finally ready I called Jackie at Luxury Shippers he got my car transported from Houston to Chicago in under 48 hours. The car looked showroom new when it came off the trailer also! Can't recommend Luxury Shippers Highly enough! Will use again for sure!

Excellent service, will use again! Jackie was able to get my car shipped out without issue even though it was 4th of July weekend with Tropical storm Elsa coming thru. Available, super responsive and got the job done despite the storm requiring us to change up plans. I have shipped many exotic cars and my experience with U.S. Luxury Shippers was one of the best!

Arrived dirty and covered in snow! I researched several shippers to transport my new 2019 Corvette from New Hampshire to Montana in early December. U.S.Luxury Shippers was the quickest and most expensive by far, but it was worth it to me to have it before Christmas. They had it picked up within 2 days as promised and delivered to Montana in about 4 days which was great! When it arrived in the enclosed two car trailer it was filthy dirty and was covered in snow! The trailer appeared to be on it's last leg and had expandable foam sprayed in miscellaneous areas of they interior, however, they missed the leaking roof evidently. The biggest problem is that they transport the vehicles with the windows down so they can get in and out of them, so there was dirt and snow on the interior of the vehicle which was sickening. The driver apologized, but that doesn't solve the issue. I immediately called "my contact at U.S. Luxury Shippers" several times and he didn't answer. I paid the driver in cash and signed his release reluctantly because he couldn't leave until I did. For the next 3 days I have tried to reach "my contact at U.S. Luxury Shippers" by calling his direct line, business line and cell phone. He has NEVER returned my call! It should have been a red flag as to the kind of customer service this company offers when the communication all but stopped after I booked it and gave him my credit card deposit. So I guess I shouldn't be surprised that he won't return my calls after there was an issue. This could have been a better experience if there was communication. UPDATE: Upon seeing this post "my contact at U.S. Luxury Shippers" contacted me and has offered to refund 250.00 to pay for some detailing. Better than nothing.
