Reliable service They've been very useful when it comes to answering questions if you're unsure about something and are very fast with their service. Trust that they're reliable if you ever need a forwarding service that offers cheap options!

Overpriced, slow service The website UI isn't the best and can be confusing at times, but the worst part was how long it took to have my packages consolidated and sent. Then comes the shipping price which seemed way too high for the volume that needed to be sent. They used a box that could have easily fit 3x what I got.

Amazing is an understatement Amazing is an understatement. ShippingXPS is the first package forwarding service I've tried. After reading a ton of bad reviews about the popular ones, I stumbled upon this one via Reddit, read some good reviews, and decided to try it out, and boy was it worth it! They answered all of my questions in a timely manner, all in less than 24 hours and sometimes instantly. They told me they don't work on weekends (Saturday/Sunday), but I messaged them during a weekend and they still responded! I ordered 7 items from BestBuy and Amazon and they were delivered in 3 packages. ShippingXPS added all 3 packages to my account within a few hours of their arrival. I requested consolidation (which is free by the way) and my packages were consolidated into a single package in the most compact box possible within 24 hours. After I paid for shipping, a shipping label was created the next day (Monday) and FedEx picked it up the day after (Tuesday). This is a wonderful package forwarding company with speedy service delivery and excellent customer service. Can't recommend it enough! Forget the big ones and try this one out. You won't regret it, I assure you. 10/10 for me.

Good communication throughout Good communication throughout keeping me update on package purchase and arrival at their USA address and in shipping the package over to the UK No problems encountered with international shipping i.e. customs. And no delays either. Super fast at all stages. Will definitely use again for items i cannot buy directly from UK Prices modest and fair. 5 Star Service throughout. Highly recommended.

One of the worst shipping companies… One of the worst shipping companies ever. Customer service is very deceptive and will not solve any issue. Any problems that occur are never from their end. They will try to blame you, the shipping company, or anyone else but its never their problem.
