Fantastic customer care, and speedy, reasonably priced service! The customer support of ShippingXPS is outstanding. I've contacted them several times for clarifications on shipping and services, both before and after placing my order, and they've been exceedingly accommodating. They were also very obliging with several specific requests I had. However, they could make a small improvement to their attention to detail regarding additional services. For instance, I asked for photos of the laptop and charger inside the box, but initially, I only received a photo of the box and the information sticker. This was resolved after a phone call. While they're very responsive on WhatsApp, their replies can be brief and sometimes require further prompting to obtain the necessary information. But they do eventually get there. Their overall service and parcel handling impressed me greatly. My package was uploaded on their website within an hour of delivery. Their website is user-friendly and straightforward. Additionally, their shipping rates are very competitive; I paid just under $70 for a 2-day FedEx delivery to the UK, significantly less than other forwarders like Fishisfast and Stackry, which would have cost $110-120. In general, I'm very happy with the service provided by ShippingXPS and would strongly recommend them. The minor issues encountered may be attributed to the scale of their operations or just inexperience. However, their customer support is exceptionally attentive, their website is user-friendly, their processing speed is remarkable, and their shipping rates are very reasonable. I would not hesitate togo to them again for future shipments from the US!

Overpriced, slow service The website UI isn't the best and can be confusing at times, but the worst part was how long it took to have my packages consolidated and sent. Then comes the shipping price which seemed way too high for the volume that needed to be sent. They used a box that could have easily fit 3x what I got.

An amazing and supportive company Shippingxps has amazing customer service and provides excellent support in answering inquiries and ensuring you are updated on your package. Furthermore, I had an issue with FedEx damaging an item, and they supported me with a claim to get a refund. They were supportive throughout and kept me updated on my claim. I highly recommend this company, as they went beyond their means to support me with my claim. Also, their shipping cost is extremely affordable compared to others I have used.
