I emailed them instead as a last resort, and a wonderful customer service agent, Paul, fixed it within the hour! It helped a lot!

My daughter was very please with her… My daughter was very pleased with her final exam care package! Her college’s colors represented with the tissue paper was a great touch! Shipping of this has been a nightmare Shipping of this has been a nightmare. From long processing times to the package being redirected to a FEDEX office with no way to change who is picking up. Makes it hard to have package picked up when it is a care package for a hospital patient.

Pick the Penguin! Getting to make the care package is such a fun experience. I even got to pick out the tissue paper. The note to the recipient was on a cute card and in an envelope. My boyfriend loved receiving it! 💕 not only was it priced fairly but the shipping time was spot on. Much better than any competing company.

Son LOVED the package - shipping a little slow Son loved the package. Said it had so many different things and was happy at the variety. Only complaint was I paid for 2-4 day shipping on August 29th and it didn't arrive until Sept 9th which obviously makes that expense a bad investment.
