Parcel number 567006, tracking code CQ003184780RU, the price of the goods was $341.38. The parcel included essential medicines that could not be bought in Russia. Weight of incoming parcels per parcel: 2 kg 400 grams (5 lb 3 oz). Econom shipping for $58.99 + $5.0 insurance + $3.0 shipping insurance. On 09/28/2022, the parcel arrived at the Helsinki warehouse, and since then (for five months), the tracking has not changed. I had to create free tickets #291349 and #311565, and #329275. Multiple tickets, since pochtoy.com requires you to create new tickets for each mini-problem. Perhaps this is how the Help Desk KPI works. They pretend to solve many problems, but in reality, they don't. When I asked several questions in one ticket, at least half were ignored. 2) Since I did not get any intelligible answer in free tickets, I had to create a paid ticket for $2 - #329275. They answered me with a paid ticket, but then it was closed without solving the problem. 3) Pohtoy.com refused to recognize the fact that it has been in the same warehouse for five months as a loss, and refused to pay insurance. 4) Pohtoy.com refused to give both the name of the carrier and the name of the customs broker so that I could contact them myself. 5) Pohtoy.com refused to send me the exact terms and conditions of the insurance, including not answering my question "What is the maximum insurance coverage" and not answering my question, "What does "delivery package" mean for insurance payment." 6) In ticket #316797, the pochtoy.com support service admitted that "some documents were lost." But instead of solving the problem, this ticket was closed, and I can no longer write anything in this ticket. 7) As a result, I was left without money, a package, support, and attention. I think that this is very low-quality work.

I asked questions in the ticket - the support answered all of them (I clarified in order not to accidentally violate their rules). From the minuses I can note the commission for refills, but I'm not sure if the commission is due to the bank that accepts payment with Russian cards or pochtoy.

The only thing, now in the chat included bot, which is not quite convenient, but by creating a ticket operators quickly respond and always help in case of problems! I am sincerely glad that I started working with this intermediary. p.s. I read that some people are not satisfied with the amount of shipping, allegedly overpaid, but I would like to say that also at first thought about the inflated price, but when you make a parcel, before sending, if I'm not mistaken, the parcel is once again weighed and overpaid amount is always refunded, for which I am sincerely grateful!

RUPersonally for me one of the best… Personally for me one of the best services for shipping goods from the USA. Yes, I agree the price for services and potential delivery could be lower, but I also realize that I get excellent service and features for my money. This applies to both convenience and responsiveness of the staff and support on various issues. I am also glad that if there is no possibility of payment by foreign card, then very often there is a promo code for free redemption with the help of the operator. Personally, I always get the goods cheaper than I would buy it here in Russia. If I take from 3-4 positions, the cost of delivery is rebated already with 2 goods. Conclusion - I recommend to cooperate, do not regret.
