Great customer service My experience at ez storage was excellent! Shaun walked me thru the whole process. He asked me what I needed to store so he could show me which unit would be best. This was my first time renting a storage unit and a positive experience.

We have just put things in storage and… We have just put things in storage and so far so good. The only suggestion I would have is being able to access at a later hour than 9P. Only because we are actually coming from out of town and work in different places so it's just been hard to always hit their daytime putting stuff in.

Don't appreciate that you pro-rate a… Don't appreciate that you pro-rate a month when moving in to a unit but not when moving out. Also, there was no notice on the website regarding a company picnic this past Sunday, so employees were not there until 5:00 pm as displayed on the website.

I needed storage because of a fire I needed storage because of a fire. Everyone at EZ Storage were the most helpful, knowledgeable staff I have ever encountered. They were very patient and honest with me and it was such a pleasant experience during one of the most horrific events in my life. I never had to worry about my precious belongings salvaged from he fire. I highly recommend this site.
