Basically a BRAND NEW property with new storage units. Also, Property Manager Sonya is superb with lots of personality! We have just put things in storage and… We have just put things in storage and so far so good. The only suggestion I would have is being able to access at a later hour than 9P. Only because we are actually coming from out of town and work in different places so it's just been hard to always hit their daytime putting stuff in.

Coming in the door to do business with… Coming in the door to do business with your company and rent one of your storage space , Georage verblally attacked me on my 1st visit 2rd visit . §o i asked him to treat me like every other customer coming through the gate ,and only adress or speak to me if it's business . On my 3rd visit to my rented storage unit george didn't respect my wishes and request , in front if my niece and nefew who i inform of his verble abuse to me . As i move forward renting this storage unit please keep your emplyee george as far away from me as possible . A paying customer ODESSA GHEE

The price is great! The price is great, especially, for the Northern Virginia Area. The facility is clean, there is climate control in place, and it is very new facility. There is room for improvement when it comes down to customer service though. My experience during signing was borderline awful. But the price and cleanliness make up for that. Otherwise, I would have given it a 5star.
