I have had my things with EZ storage… I have had my things with EZ storage for over 2 years. They are nice enough when you sign up. From that moment on every question or concern will result in a "sorry, there's nothing we can do". An error turned ino a $170 fee on an $85 p/mo unit. Believe me, I will never use or recommend ezStorage again.

Worst scammers ever Worst scammers ever, Life Storage and EZ storage merged and they had a problem with their automatic payments, resulting in a 175.00$ fee charged to me for being late when it was their billing issue. I tried to resolve this problem with a Custer service rep who could care less big corporate company praying on less fortunate people. Don’t rent from them

very clean facility very clean facility. excellent customer service. the staff went out if their way to ensure i had the right size storage room at the best price. they reach out to me by email and phone when a concern arose about my storage lock. it is a secure well managed facility. you will not be disappointed.

The price is great! The price is great, especially, for the Northern Virginia Area. The facility is clean, there is climate control in place, and it is very new facility. There is room for improvement when it comes down to customer service though. My experience during signing was borderline awful. But the price and cleanliness make up for that. Otherwise, I would have given it a 5star.

I needed storage because of a fire I needed storage because of a fire. Everyone at EZ Storage were the most helpful, knowledgeable staff I have ever encountered. They were very patient and honest with me and it was such a pleasant experience during one of the most horrific events in my life. I never had to worry about my precious belongings salvaged from he fire. I highly recommend this site.
