DE3 Orders good but slow, last order they scammed me Unfortunately I can't really confirm that with Alan. As a small business, I have had several shipments sent from the USA to Germany. I have successfully processed 3 orders with forward me. You definitely have to have a lot of patience - it always took 2.5 months for a package to arrive. Now that the business relationship has come to an end, I'm still waiting for a package that I ordered in August! Which was finally processed on October 14th. I then paid for it and then the shipment was canceled. Since then I have no longer received any response to any emails, WhatsApp messages or Instagram messages. In short, the company scammed me out of $2500 worth of products, they just kept it and now they won't contact me anymore. I would be very careful here!

NLMost important part: they do what they say! Most important part is that they do what they say! Got my purchase 4 days early and everything went well. The customer service is helpful and follows up to see if everything went well. Happy customer.

PHGrateful for the amazing customer service Amazing customer service. They never talked down to me and were very helpful in finding alternative couriers just so I could get my package to my cousin's place in the US. Something out of their control had happened and my package couldn't be delivered to my country. The patience and care they showed me, and their friendly tone, eased my worries and my distress. GBAnother excellent shipment, to UK. Just wanted to say thank you to Forwardme, every time they act as a destination for all my US parcels and forward shipping company to the UK. The service is great, as a hobby collector of various figures Forwardme gives me the confidence to buy direct from the US Stores and sellers that will not ship to the UK directly. I might not use the service a lot but its very handy and appreciated when needed. I would highly recommend to any one in the UK who wants to buy from the US.

GBI don't understand why people… I don't understand why people immediately scream "scam."Chill guys😂 Of course, everyone's money is valuable, but based on my own experience, I always received prompt responses to any issues I encountered. Initially, I had my doubts about what kind of company it was, but as I continued to use it, and even if I faced problems, the quick resolution of those issues increased my trust. I will continue shopping with this company!
